This is an absolutely beautiful extension that nevertheless has no visual effect on a site at all. One of my major pet peeves as a designer is having to mess around with databases and forms, and I've been in a couple of situations where the compromise of important data was a major problem due to previous mismanagement –not a fun mess to clean up. Form to database allows for one simple jump from a certain form to your database of choice, and possibly the best thing about the extension is that it will create the table to be sent to the database from the form values, meaning all you have to provide is the access.
Another perk offered by the extension is the transmission of useful information every time a table is created. You can set up an email address to get a message every time a user completes a form, and you'll also get a time, date, IP, and location stamp, along with a note about the browser and OS to help verify the source of information on sensitive transactions and form a solid record in case you need to find something or someone further on down the road. I think the price on Form to Database is a steal really, because with a smooth interface, quick and painless operation, and simple results to wow design clients, the product is worth quite a bit.
