Here's a very useful extension for delivering stylish and modern-looking forms to design clients and their visitors and customers. Creating a kind of “tool tip,” this extension lets you select form fields as well as links and images and associate a message of your choice, which can be very helpful when trying to avoid cluttering up a page. One of my favorite ways to use this extension with forms is to let website visitors know about the privacy policy or special terms only when they mouse over a given check box or data field on an ordering or registration form.
Designers who are completely new to coding won't have a problem with this extension at all, and changing colors and other visual elements can be done directly from the extension's dialog boxes rather than requiring a sift through Dreamweaver's code view. Downloading and installing the extension is problem-free, even if you're not that familiar with the program yet. Just a few clicks and you're done with that stuff, and can move on to creating hints for your pages.
I thought this was a great deal for such a versatile and useful extension, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's far more valuable that I had originally thought. I use this feature for nearly every form I create, and never have to create individual, new functions for every site or application.
