Nearly any informative content page with a high Google ranking these days is loaded with quick options for social bookmarking, and being able to add this capability to pages is one of the most frequently requested design components I get for clients in pretty much every field out there. There are a handful of ways to get social bookmarking options added to pages, but if you work with Dreamweaver, I think this extension is a great solution. Incredibly inexpensive and quick to download and install, the extension will lead you through the whole process of getting these options incorporated into a page. A full range of networking sites are available, from staples like Digg and Reddit to less prevalent hot spots like Mixx and Simpy (along with options to add the bookmark to the visitor's browser directly).
Designers will appreciate the extension for its ability to automatically identify and fill in the page url and title. While you can modify this yourself if you'd like, the extension will take care of the job on default so that creating dynamic pages doesn't present a coding problem. With this option, adding social bookmarking capabilities to a page is really just a matter of hitting the button in Dreamweaver, selecting the networks to be used, and hitting return. The user will need Javascript installed to render the options correctly, but this is true of most bookmarking inserters I've seen. A great bargain.
