There are a handful of ways to get social bookmarking options added to pages, but if you work with Dreamweaver, I think this extension is a great solution. Incredibly inexpensive and quick to download and install, the extension will lead you through the whole process of getting these options incorporated into a page. A full range of networking sites are available, from staples like Digg and Reddit to less prevalent hot spots like Mixx and Simpy (along with options to add the bookmark to the visitor's browser directly). Designers will appreciate the extension for its ability to automatically identify and fill in the page url and title. While you can modify this yourself if you'd like, the extension will take care of the job on default so that creating dynamic pages doesn't present a coding problem.
