Websites have come a long way since the old days of a short bio and cheesy guest book page, but comment and feedback elements are still vitally important to site owners. There are a number of ways to handle commenting and feedback with modern content management systems, but not so many standalone solutions. This extension is a nice standard for adding a comment and feedback system without a lot of fuss or committing to a content system with loads of unnecessary features.
The layout and design of produced comments is fairly simple, but offers a reasonable range of customizations from size and structure considerations to color and other important aspects. While I would like to see a larger number of options for changing the look and feel of the system, this standard offering is sure to meet the needs of most. Setting everything up for email transmission and managing the comments through a site's regular admin panel are straightforward and can be easily transferred to a site owner of even the most basic background after design work is complete. A little on the pricey side, but able to recoup the investment through a few uses, this extension is worth the purchase.
