I think this extension maker releases a lot of genuinely useful tools for making typical website creation run smoothly, and TEAutocomplete is an excellent example. While autocomplete is a fairly simple concept, it's also in high demand, not only for new sites but with design clients that are looking to update their atmosphere, as well. The ability to quickly transform pull down menus with tons of options to a simple autocomplete form is great and works seamlessly with Dreamweaver to allow for fast implementation. As you might expect, there aren't any fancy requirements for this extension, and the downloading and installing processes are as simple as it gets.
I especially like the modern look and feel of the standard autocomplete dialog boxes, as they convey a contemporary look without being gimmicky or trying to brand the utility with a locked-in, distinct style. There's a small cash investment as with any worthy tool, but this extension easily pays for itself with time saved on updating and creating new autocomplete boxes for forms.
This extension doesn't try to beef itself up with a bunch of bells and whistles, and in so doing has established an easy and most importantly, very reliable way to say goodbye to laborious drop down lists forever.
